Fa 14 anys vaig comen\u00e7ar a fer-ne en un moment dif\u00edcil d\u2019ansietat i depressi\u00f3. Llavors veia el ioga com un complement a la meva activitat f\u00edsica, per\u00f2 sense saber-hoe s va acabar convertint en la meva millor ter\u00e0pia per sortir d\u2019aquell moment complicat. Aix\u00f2 va sembrar en mi la llavor que donaria els seus fruits un temps despr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Fa cinc anys vaig decidir fer un canvi laboral perqu\u00e8 sentia la necessitat d\u2019ajudar a les persones a sentir-se millor a trav\u00e9s de la pr\u00e0ctica de ioga. Volia poder ensenyar als altres aquella pr\u00e0ctica que m\u2019havia ajudat a mi i m\u2019havia curat.<\/p>\n<p>Amb l\u2019objectiu de poder difondre el ioga al major nombre possible de persones va n\u00e9ixer aquest projecte. Des d\u2019aqu\u00ed vull aportar el meu granet de sorra a aconseguir que la societat sigui m\u00e9s feli\u00e7 i a que les persones visquin d\u2019una manera m\u00e9s saludable a trav\u00e9s de la al m\u00e0xim les classes pels seus alumnes. M\u2019adapto a totes les seves lesions i necessitats. Per a mi, el m\u00e9s important en la pr\u00e0ctica del ioga \u00e9s observar qu\u00e8 necessita el teu cos en cada moment i donar-li. <\/p>\n<p>Tan b\u00e9 est\u00e0 fer una pr\u00e0ctica restaurativa com una altra m\u00e9s intensa. Sempre els dic als meus alumnes que han de tenir clar que tots som diferents, que no hem d\u2019arribar al mateix objectiu ni f\u00edsicament ni mentalment.
